What is the cost of a Belgium visa?
- Fees listed below are per applicant.
- In addition to the visa fee, there is a service charge of 1040 Rubles (inclusive of VAT) per application – to be paid in cash.
- The fees and charges once paid are not refundable.
Visa fee for citizens of following countries : Russian Federation, Ukraine, Moldova, Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, Albania, Montenegro, Serbia and Bosnia-Herzegovina.

Please Note:
Short stay “C” visas (Schengen visas) are issued for short periods, not exceeding 90 days per semester :
- business visas
- visit to family or friends in Belgium
- tourism
- “marriage” visas : we issue a Schengen visa to people wishing to marry in Belgium.
The visa fee is also 1400 rur or 2400 rur.
Long-stay national visas are issued for temporary residence in Belgium:
- visas to study in Belgium
- visas to work in Belgium (work permit, professional card)
- family reunion visas
- cohabitation visas
- “au pair” visas
Time required to issue visa:
48 hours to 8 weeks, depending on nationality and resident status, and whether applying by post or in person. Certain nationals must apply in person (contact Consulate or Consular section at Embassy for further details).Find more information directly at:
