A visa may be required if trip purpose is other than basic business meetings. 2 Passport Requirements: Original, signed passport valid for 6 months beyond stay, and with at least one blank visa page available for stamps. 3 Proof Of Departure: Confirmed round-trip or onward airline ticket. 4 Medical Requirements: Valid health/accidental insurance with full international coverage. 5 Special Instructions: Since April 1st, 2007, non-Belgian employers, self-employed persons or their employees who carry out short term or partial assignments in Belgium must declare these activities in advance.Some exceptions to this general obligation exist.
