Argentina Technical Visa Requiements

1 A visa is required to travel to Argentina for paid activities including technical, professional or artistic activities.

2 Passport Requirements: Original, signed passport valid for 6 months beyond stay, with at least one blank visa page available for visa stamp(s). Amendment pages in the back of the passport are not suitable for visa stamps.

3 Argentinian Visa Application Form: One visa application form per applicant properly completed and signed. Signature must be original on each application. Improperly completed forms may delay the processing of your visa.

4 Photo Requirements: One recent 2 x 2 passport type photograph, in color, front view and with a plain/light background.

5 Business Letter: Original letter from employer or sponsoring company, written in English and in Spanish, signed by applicant’s supervisor, notarized and authenticated by the Chamber of Commerce. The letter must be on company letterhead, introducing the applicant, indicating the applicant’s name, passport number, employment status/position held in the company, and clearly stating the purpose of visit to Argentina. The business letter must also indicate who will be financially responsible for the applicant and must provide detailed contact information for the company or institution to be visited.

6 Proof Of Departure: Computer generated flight itinerary from the airline or travel agency or copy of airline tickets.

7 Global Reservation Form: This is Travisa’s service order form, where you will select the visa processing needed and make your payment. You must print the completed form and send it to Travisa with all other supporting documents.
