All visitors to Djibouti, unless they come from one of the visa exempt countries mentioned below, must obtain a visa on arrival to Djibouti or from one of the Djiboutian diplomatic missions prior to arrival.
Nationals of
Singapore do not require a visa for Djibouti.
Nationals of
China holding normal passports for public affairs also do not require a visa.
Visa waiver agreement for diplomatic adr service passports was signed with
Kenya in May 2018 and it is yet to come into force.
