- Holders of a valid return visa for Aruba, the so called “terugkeerbewijs”.
- Holders of a valid residence permit for the United States of America, Canada or one of the Schengen countries ( Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, The Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and The Czech Republic).
- Children under the age of 12 (Twelve) travelling with their parents or legal guardian.
- Captains, crew members and passengers whose ship or airplane docks or lands in Aruba for maximum 48 hours, provided there is no threat or danger to national security and/or the public.
- Those travelling aboard a cruise ship and visit Aruba as part of the Caribbean itinerary.
