It is recommended that you should apply for the Yemen visa 3 to 4 weeks before starting the trip. Thought it takes only a few days to process a visa, it is always best to add as much of a buffer as possible in case any issues arise during the process. Typically, a visa takes anywhere from 2 days to 15 days to process in the Yemen Embassy or Consulate depending on the Embassy or Consulate that applicant need to send the application to and whether he/she choose to “rush” your Yemen visa. In some cases, there are some additional processes that take much time and it is not easy to get an appointment/visa interview. Thus applicants should apply for their visa as soon as possible.
