Visa not required for US citizens staying up to 90 days. These requirements are for non-US citizens who have valid status in USA.
1. Passport with at least 6 months remaining validity
2. Visa Application Form fully completed and signed
3. 2 Passport-type photographs
4. Copy of Airline Tickets or Itinerary
5. Company Letter of Guarantee – A business letter from your firm, addressed to: Consulate General, Visa Section.
6. Explain the purpose of the trip, and guaranteeing financial support for the applicant while in Yugoslavia, and return transportation.
7. Consulate Fee $45.00
