The Jordan visa application form is a collection of numerous personal data on the individual applying for the Jordan Visa. Make sure you fill out every required gap. The application form must be printed and sent, together with all the supporting documents, to the relevant consular service or external service provider.

Note:
- Your original passport which has to be valid for more than six months from the date we issue the visa and must have a blank page to be stamped with visa.
- Payment must be paid by money order only with your name, address and phone number, payable to the Embassy of Jordan.
- For business trips, a letter from employer stating the purpose of trip
- For Diplomatic or Official visas(no fee) a letter of request from your department.
- Visa processing takes approximately up to 5 business days for US citizens.
The processing of your Jordan visa application will only begin after the printed and signed application with all supporting documents has been submitted to the Visa Application Centre and the visa fee has been paid. Applications that are sent in electronic form cannot be processed. It is not possible to submit an application by mail or fax.
