A visa may be issued free of charge

• In the event of catastrophes or other similar circumstances for humanitarian reasons
• Groups of school children or adolescents under 18 years of age participating in cultural or sports events invited by the sponsor
• Holders a diplomatic or service passport, or members of his / her family, whose visit will be of considerable importance for the relations between Finland and the foreign State in question.
