Business Visa Requirements

Visa Application Form

• Two fully completed application forms
• Please also include a photocopy of completed form

Passport – The applicant’s actual passport:

• Must be valid for six months beyond entry date
• Must have at least two blank pages

Photographs

• Two passport sized photographs
• Must be on a white background
• Must have been taken within the last six months
• Scanned and printed photographs will not be accepted.
  

UK Business Letter – A letter from the applicant’s employer

• Must be on company headed paper
• Include the applicant’s full name
• Include the name of the organization to be visited
• Specify the type of visa applying for
• Include who is financially responsible for applicant
• Signed by someone other than the applicant i.e. Company director or HR department

Letter of invitation  – A letter of invitation of the inviting party
This letter must contain following:

• Written on company letterhead paper.
• Mention the name and passport details of the applicant.
• Mention the purpose of the visit, number of entries and the duration of the stay
• Includes the address of the inviting party – company
• Includes a stamp of the inviting party – company
• Needs to be signed and stamped by the inviting party – company

Certificate Yellow Fever

• A copy of the Yellow Fever certificate booklet of the applicant.

Certificate of good conduct

• The applicant must be able to show a certificate of good conduct received by the police

Travel Arrangements

• Copy of applicant’s flight itinerary. (please note this does not have to be a confirmed booking)

Exceptions for Non UK passport holders

• If you do not hold an EU passport you need to provide proof of residency in the UK in form of valid UK visa. It can be stamped in your passport or another document.
• Does not apply to EU Nationals
