Bulgaria Tourist Visa Requirements
- 1 Application Form, fully completed and signed
- 1 Passport-type photograph
- Submit your valid, signed Passport (must have six months remaining validity)
- Completed Cover Page and Credit Card Authorization forms (print from browser)
- Copy of itinerary showing round-trip transportation
- Provide copy of Insurance policy with coverage of $5000.00 or more valid
in Bulgaria. ( See Visa Notes Below)- A letter of invitation from Bulgarian host ( on standard form, provided by the local authorities)
- Copy of U.S. Alien Registration Card (Green Card) if applicable
