Business Visa Requirements
- Submit your valid, signed U.S. Passport (US Re-entry Permits or Refugee Travel Documents are also accepted) A passport should have at least one blank visa page and should be valid for at least 90 days upon conclusion of your trip.
- 1 Application Form, (must be fully completed and signed)
- 1 Recent passport-type photograph
- If you formerly had USSR or Belarusian citizenship, please submit the documents proving the loss of USSR/Belarusian citizenship
- Completed Cover Page and Credit Card Authorization forms (print from browser)
- Citizens of the US, Canada, European Union states and some other countries (please, check at the Embassy), who applies for business visa to the Republic of Belarus valid through 30 days or less do not need to provide any letters of invitation. Still, the inviting organization’s full name (not abbreviation) and address must be indicated in the visa application form.

- Multi Entry Visa: Multiple-entry long-term (type D) business visa requires confirmation from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Belarus
- If applicant is a child under 18 years of age, a copy of child’s birth certificate and copies of parents’ passport main information pages (with passport number, expiration date, photo etc.) have to be submitted.
