Who requires a Lebanon visa?

Required by all except the following:

(a) nationals of Syria for unlimited stays, provided arriving directly from Syria (check with Embassy for current regulations);
(b) nationals of Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the UAE for stays of up to 3 months;
(c) transit passengers continuing their journey by the same or first connecting aircraft provided holding onward or return documentation and not spending the night at or leaving the airport.

Note: 1. A free one month valid visas are granted at the airport and the frontier offices, renewable up to three months, to the citizens of the following countries who are coming for the purpose tourism:
(a) nationals of countries listed in the chart above;
(b) nationals of Andorra, Antigua and Barbuda, Argentina, Armenia, Australia, Austria, Azerbaijan, The Bahamas, Barbados, Belarus, Belgium, Belize, Bhutan, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, Chile, China (PR), Czech Republic, Costa Rica, Croatia, Cyprus, Hong Kong (SAR), Denmark, Dominican Republic, Estonia, Finland, France, Great Britain, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Korea (Rep), Ireland, Italy, Japan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Macedonia, Macau (S A R), Malaysia, Malta, Mexico, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Palau, Panama, Peru, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, USA, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Venezuela, Yugoslavia.

Restricted entry: The Government of Lebanon refuses entry to holders of Israeli and Palestinian passports, holders of passports containing a visa for Israel, valid or expired, used or unused and passports with entry stamps to Israel.
