Sample of Required Documents For Turkmenistan Visa

1. 
   Passport

The actual passport of the applicant must:

–          Has at least one blank visa page

–          Valid for at least 6 months from entry date

–          Contains two blank visa pages at least

–          Copy of Passport Identification Page

2. Photographs

–          White background

–          Taken within 6 months before the date of visa applying

–          Be passport sized and colored

3. Business Introduction Letter

–          Be addressed to the Turkmenistan Embassy

–          Expose the purpose of the trip

–          Contains the destinations or organization to visit

–          Be on letterhead paper of company

–          Contains the signature applicant’s supervisor

4. Letter of Invitation

     – Contains full name of the visa applicant

     – Contain the original signature

     – Be approved by the Immigration Authority

     – Proof of Travel Arrangements

     – Contains the purpose of journey

     – Be on company letterhead paper

     – Contain an acceptance of financial responsibility for the visa applicant

5. Proof of Travel Arrangements

     It is a copy of the flight confirmation that shows onward or return travel.

6. Visa Application Form

– All required fields must be fulfilled

– Be completed in black ink only and block capitals only
